Tammy Wilbanks
(Assistant Director)

Tammy Wilbanks is Assistant Director at Foothills Early Learning Center where she assists in the day-to-day operations at the center.  She is from Seneca, SC and currently lives in Mountain Rest, SC. Ms. Tammy is happily married and loves the outdoors, such as camping, boating and hiking. She also loves teaching and making a difference in the lives of children! Tammy has been in childcare for 30 years and has been with FELC since 2017.
