Foothills Early Learning Center (FELC) is committed to helping your child learn and develop. Early childhood education is very important as it helps children progress from one milestone to the next. We make sure our kids in our classes are well taken care of in a safe, secure, and warm environment where they can interact with peers and spend their days engaged in learning.
